This rental accommodation offers:

	A large private master bedroom with a queen bed. Design offers an intimate living environment for two.
	A large loft bedroom with one queen and one single bed. Perfect for a couple or a couple traveling with a child.
	A small, cosy, private bedroom with a queen bed. Curl up at night and watch your favourite movie on DVD.
	A small bedroom with a single bed.
	A large, airy, open mezzanine for sleeping or sitting, with two single beds.

There are two and a half bathrooms one with a jetted tub (jacuzzi).

There is a modern, spacious kitchen with gas cook-top, oven, dishwasher, microwave and lots of workspace - plus a modern wood stove set in the original fireplace.

The house is fully equipped with washer, dryer, barbecue, stereo, TV & DVD player. There will be fresh linen for your party when you arrive at no charge. The house works well for two families (6 to 8 persons) or up to three couples, but the design also offers an intimate living environment for two. We don't recommend it for very young children.

Rates ~

If your stay overlaps two or more periods, we will agree an average amount.

These rates INCLUDE linens, electric heat and firewood. Note that electricity is very expensive in France. Please do what you can to conserve energy, as you would in your own home.

Weeks formally commence on Saturday at 4 p.m. and terminate at 10 a.m. the following Saturday. Depending on circumstances, these times may be negotiable.

For continuous rentals of more than one month the monthly rates apply. Long-term rentals are also available, at rates to be negotiated.

 

I apologize for taking so long to write you to thank you again for giving us the opportunity to visit Montaigue-le-Blanc.  We absolutely loved it and had a wonderful time there. The weather was good.  First day was a little cool. We did some of Tim's suggested walks and visited most of the suggested tourist attractions, Puy de Dome, etc. 

Each morning we would walk down the hill to the bakery and pick up croissants or buns. It was just great. We didn't eat out at all. It was kind of a treat to have the option of eating in. Made a couple of trips to Clermont Ferrand and did most of our shopping at Issoire.  Finally learned how to pronounce that after a few days. Visited all the local towns. 

We sure hope that in the future we will have the opportunity to return to Montaigue-le-Blanc. It was wonderful and thanks
again.
